Refund & Return Policy

A Little Sassy. A Lot Custom. Almost everything we make at Pretty AF Customs is made to order just for you, so please read this before you buy.

Personalized & custom items: final sale

Engraved tumblers with names, custom resin pieces, personalized apparel, and anything made to your specs can't be resold, so they're final sale. The exceptions are items that arrive damaged or defective, or where we made a mistake (like a typo that wasn't in your order). If that happens, we'll make it right.

Please double-check spelling, names, colors, and sizes before you check out. We engrave exactly what you type.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Email us at alisaprettyaf@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
We'll remake it, replace it, or refund you, whichever works best. You won't pay return shipping on our mistakes.

Non-personalized items

Ready-made items with no personalization can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Email us first for return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us can't be accepted. The buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Need a different size on a non-personalized item? Email us and we'll do our best, depending on availability.

Heads up on resin

Resin is handmade art. Small bubbles, swirls, and color variations are part of its charm and aren't defects. Resin can soften or warp in high heat, so keep it out of hot cars, dishwashers, and direct sun. Heat damage after delivery isn't covered.
