Shipping Policy

A Little Sassy. A Lot Custom. Every order is made for you in Spring Hill, Florida, and shipped with love (and plenty of padding).

Production time

Most items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Engraved tumblers usually ship in about 3 business days. Custom resin, larger pieces, and busy seasons may take longer, and we'll reach out if your order needs extra time.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard: $8.00, usually 3–7 business days in transit after shipping.
FREE Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
Express: $15.00, usually 1–3 business days in transit after shipping.

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they don't include production time. Express speeds up delivery, not production.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided. If a package comes back to us, we'll reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it's out of our hands. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. If a package is truly lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days), contact us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
