Welcome to Pretty AF Customs! A Little Sassy. A Lot Custom. These terms apply to your use of our online store and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Pretty AF Customs, based in Spring Hill, Florida, USA. You can reach us at alisaprettyaf@gmail.com.

2. Custom & handmade products

Our products are handmade and often personalized. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade, engraved, and resin pieces can have small natural variations. That's what makes them one of a kind. We engrave and personalize exactly what you enter at checkout, so please proofread carefully.

3. Your content

When you send us names, text, logos, or images to personalize an item, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may decline any request we find offensive, hateful, or infringing on someone else's trademark or copyright, and we'll refund you if we do.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you pay. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and fully refund it.

5. Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes or cancel with a full refund until production starts. Once your item has been engraved, poured, or printed, the order can't be changed or cancelled.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy are part of these terms. Personalized and custom items are final sale except for damage, defects, or our mistakes.

7. Product care

Follow any care instructions included with your item. Hand-wash engraved tumblers. Keep resin away from high heat and direct sun. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, heat, or improper care.

8. Our designs

All designs, photos, logos, and content on this site, including the Pretty AF Customs and Golf Rockstar (GRS) names and artwork, belong to Pretty AF Customs. Please don't copy or resell them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
